Best bits? Best quote is probably:
"What are we going to blow up?"
"The internet! Let's blow up the internet!"
In fact the whole film is full of great lines - but words on a page can't do justice to the actors' delivery and timing, as they portray clown-like ineptitude. As always with Chris Morris, you laugh at the jokes, but it's just as much about the atmosphere and the moods he weaves.
I also like watching the bombers enjoy decadent Western pleasures such as Tupac, rollercoasters, and Toploader.
Did it make you think thoughts? The scenes where Omar is talking with his wife and son about what he plans to do - and they're so proud of him - is quite cringeworthy and harrowing - in a good way. The ending makes me think of the futility of it all.
